So I have been working as a personal chef and living in Miami Beach and I love it! I usually end up making whatever I want or suggest for dinner. My boss asked me to make a lunch to pack for air travel. It was for 4 people. I sauteed some shrimp with garlic, oregano and basil, I made baby spinach risotto and I made a nice salad with saba dressing. They loved it. And I cannot stand making risotto, but I have gotten better.

My culinary school held its graduation ceremony. Yeah, I thought I would be working, so I didn’t take the chance to purchase a plane ticket. But at least I graduated!!! I will go back to CA to pick up the rest of my stuff that is in storage and visit friends.

I am leaving rainy, boring, and cold Maryland for fun in the sun Miami on next week. Maryland, eat my dust! I am really excited. I finished the sleep study. And let me tell you, that 36th hour was extremely hard. On the plus side, I now sleep very well because there are no wires all over my body. I will be even happier when I recieve my check. Note to research facilities: Please have the payment available at the completion of the study. Do not tell participants at the last minute that they have to wait up to 2 weeks for compensation. It ruins the desire.
