My party at BAR was cool. A whole crap load of people showed up before I did. I have not taken the hair time factor into consideration just yet. I miss my braids. On the upside, my do is cool. I had a great time stuffing my face with deep dish pizza from Pizzeria Uno’s on Saturday. I surprised Heather. Roger, her husband, and I planned the shin dig, and we met with more people at Have A Nice Day Cafe. It was cool.
I had an interesting conversation with my mom last night. Apparently, when I was about 18 months old, I would dance whenever “Benny and the Jets” by Elton John would come on the radio. I would stop whatever I was doing and start dancing. This happened a lot, according to my mother. Don’t get me wrong, I love Elton John, but I am still laughing at the thought. Picture me in a droopy diaper shaking my money maker with a pacifier in my mouth. That is really funny!
Artscape was cool. I drank beer with my mom. I know it sounds funny. We had a good time checking out the art and buying jewelry. Many people have responded to my pleas and have RSVP’d like good little boys and girls. Can’t wait to see you on Friday…
Well I had an interesting weekend. The Happy Hour Party that I crashed (to make sure mine was up to par) was fun. I can’t wait until the end of this month. I also saw “An Ideal Husband” on cable, finally. It was excellent and worth all the hoopla. I did write more, thank goodness. I am in the process of picking out what concert to go to this summer as a reward for finishing my script. I have never been to San Francisco or Boston. Hmmm. Cali is so nice. If anyone has any ideas for kick as shows, I am talking music here, email me.
Okay so now everyone is all fussy fussy about the comments I made. It’s my page and I will do what I want to! On a lighter note, I am trying to figure out this live counter stuff to see who is accessing this site. I really should not be working in the technical support field. If anyone knows the basics of CGI scripts, send me an email.
I just got a call from BAR Baltimore. I won a free Happy Hour party at BAR on any Friday night in July. I can invite whoever I want. I am so happy. Unfortunately, I don’t know who to invite. Apparently, some people that responded saying that they were coming to my last shindig at BAR, never showed up. I was there alone and very hurt. I was upset, not only because no one showed up, but only two people had the decency to call and tell me why they didn’t show up. Of those 2 people, only Heather had a legitimate excuse. This is really frustrating…
